Troubleshooting for WCSA400 / WCSA440C Before you start troubleshooting, please check if you have configured Windows based on the recommended system settings.
1. AntiVirus software In some cases, antivirus software may cause NetCamCenter to fail to work properly. It is not recommended that you turn on antivirus software while running NetCamCenter. If the computer has Norton Internet Security installed, you may want to turn off Internet Security when running NetCamCenter. 2. Remote control software Remote control software such as VNC may consume CPU resources. You may wish to turn it off while running NetCamCenter. 3. I see black screen on a video window. Please check the video source first. For example, you may wish to connect the video signal to a TV and make sure the video source is OK. 4. I start NetCamCenter and see white video window. What should I do? There are several reasons you see white video window.
