Building a Digital Video Security System with Capture Card and Security Camera

Structure

If you are upgrading from time lapse VCR surveillance to digital surveillance, you may be able to continue using the old cameras and cables.

Internet Connection
At least 64Kbps uplink and above. Your uplink bandwidth mainly decides the quality of remote viewing.

NTSC or PAL video cameras
You may need connectors to connect cameras and capture cards. If your video camera has BNC output, you do not need a connector. USB cameras are not supported by our video cards.

    Connectors (optional)

    RCA-BNC-MF (BNC FEMALE TO RCA MALE )
    If you use BC602A camera with audio input, you will need RCA-BNC-MF connector.
    Camera mounting bracket (optional)
    Most bullet cameras includes mounting bracket. To install C/CS mount camera, you will need camera mounting bracket, such as WCBR-03 (for indoor camera).


    Camera housing (optional)
    If the camera is installed outside, you may want to use housing to protect the camera.
