I cannot see my camera page with dynamic IP service.. Please make sure that Dynamic IP service is enabled. You also need to enter your password correctly. Click Setup and then Dynamic IP. Check Enable dynamic IP service and enter your password. (Your password can be found in the email with the registration key.) You can check your IP address by going to Log on page. Enter your member ID and password. If there is no IP address, please copy and paste your password to the password field of Dynamic IP tab again and make sure the password is correct. Note: 127.0.0.1 and 192.168.x.x is not accessible from the Internet. Access with your IP address Check if the port is open If you configure Proxy to connect to the Internet and enable let Webcam server detect my external IP address, you need to enter your external IP address on the Server tab. Otherwise, the dynamic IP service may fail. |
